'SNL' musical guest Billie Eilish performs on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019.debut while opening the second half of the show's 2019 season with a gravity-defying stunt and a heartfelt, lo-fi performance.
On Saturday night , host Woody Harrelson gave Eilish a super warm welcome, introducing her as "incomparable" and "incredible" before she took the stage at NBC's Studio 8H. Eilish kicked off her evening with a dimension-bending take on "Bad Guy:" on a stage mocked up as a cartoon version of theset, she "walked" on the walls and the jumped up and down on the ceiling. Eventually, the camera panned out and revealed the optical illusion, and she stepped out of her rotating box and joined the rest of her band as the in-studio audience cheered.For "I Love You," Eilish opted to end her night on a hypnotizing, acoustic note.
