.FitzAndTheTantrums reveal the inspiration for each of the songs from their new album AllTheFeels

The six-piece group's infectiously upbeat sound continues on , and as the album's title indicates, the songs address all sorts of feelings -- mostly positive ones. Whether they're encouraging fans to accept themselves on "Ain't Nobody But Me," admitting that they could use a friend on "I Need Help!," or gushing over a new love in "SuperMagik," Fitz and The Tantrums really did cover all the feels with their latest LP.

There's also a couple of songs relevant to the album's 2019 release, addressing gun culture on "Kiss the Sky" and negativity in the news on "Hands Up." But we'll let Fitz do the rest of the talking., and take a look at the inspirations for each song -- courtesy of Fitz himself -- below. The title song is truly the compass for the whole album.
