KUALA LUMPUR : Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad made a special appearance in a music video of a new patriotic song titled"Anak Bangsa Malaysia" which was released Sunday in conjunction with 2019 Malaysia Day celebrations.
The music video of the four-minute, twelve-second song performed by Hazama Ahmad Azmi, better known by his stage name Hazama, was uploaded to Dr Mahathir’s official Facebook page Sunday night. The prime minister made a special appearance at the end of the music video, offering his words of wisdom in Bahasa Malaysia.
The music video also includes footage of Dr Mahathir’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin during the fifth edition of the Eastern Economic Forum held in Vladivostok, Russia, earlier this month.National-level Malaysia Day celebrations will be held Monday night at Stadium Perpaduan in Kuching, Sarawak. - Bernama
