It’s Good to Talk Show is Ireland’s first online chat show that focuses on youth mental health. The four part series is presented byDifferent guests will join him in the studio each episode, as they impart their wisdom and experiences on different topics. Hopefully they’ll be able to provide viewers with some advice and tips on challenges they may face. If the first episode is anything to go by, we're in for some great conversations.

Their insight into young people influenced the show's message that the help of 'one good adult' can have a very positive effect.

Over the course of the episode they discuss several different things such as anxiety, bullying, the pressures of being a teenager and learning disabilities.
