He has also been accused of five counts of inciting the sexual exploitation of a child. four counts of possessing indecent images of children, and one count of committing an act to or attempt to pervert the course of justice.In a statement from his lawyers, he asked for privacy during this ‘challenging time’.
‘He asks that due process be allowed to take place, and would be very grateful if during this very challenging time his and his family’s right to privacy is respected.The singer turned himself into Bradford police earlier this year and has been bailed three times after police called his mother’s house trying to track him down.
‘This kind of thing has gone on for ages because people don’t like to see me do well,’ he told The Sun in August after turning himself in to the police.Danny appeared on the 2018 version of the ITV singing show and came sixth.
