They say routine is good for mental health, and techno is nothing if not routine

I am often asked what sort of things help me with my mental health. I think people expect me to say walking, nature, swimming. And all of those things do help, all of those things I need, but also: techno music. People never expect techno.

Not all thud, thud, thud music is techno... There are as many different sub-genres of electronic music, as there are ways to arrange beats and bass lines.

and techno is playful. play more. feel better. 😊🎵🎵🎵🎵♾

The 'tough' beats can generate feelings of personal strength and empowerment... the smiling face of Carl_Cox is also mood enhancer 'oh yes oh Yes!!'

The Chinese Water torture (dripping water on prisoners head) is also routine ...drip...drip...drip... and makes you insane!!!
