Soon entering the world of the snowglobe, fans get to see Swift portray a love story with dancer-musician Christian Owens. The video narrates the couple's life at home, showing them embrace while laying on the couch, eating dinner, having a party with friends, etc., all the while Swift serenades her "lover" with the song on her guitar.
In the YouTube live stream, Swift described the video as being "aesthetically pleasing from a color standpoint." The concept of the snowglobe derived from a "You Are in Love" song lyric, a song off heralbum.
