Insiders have claimed that secret plans are already underway to bring back some of the most popular stars from previous seasons as well as other celebrities for a super season of the ITV2 dating show.An ITV insider told the Sunday Mirror: "Bosses are aware that they don't want the format to become too stale and die a death, so they are planning on sexing it up by having famous faces in there.
"As anyone who watches the show regularly would know, Love Island is a combination of reality and produced elements that are reflective of what's happening in the villa, and is a fair and accurate representation of villa life."This is often acknowledged in the voice over by Iain Stirling. It is absolutely untrue to suggest that Love Island is fake. The opinions they have and the relationships formed are completely within the control of the Islanders themselves.
"It is completely disingenuous and a lot of the time very, very fake. It isn’t fair to mislead the audience like that."The producers don’t care what they’re doing to people as long as they’re making their ratings. We were treated like performing animals and the current cast are still."
