R Kelly’s Crisis Manager Resigns After Telling Gayle King He Wouldn’t Leave His Daughter With Singer| July 23, 2019 @ 8:32 AMHours after telling CBS’ Gayle King that he would never leave his own daughter alone with an accused pedophile, R. Kelly’s crisis manager announced he is stepping down from his role.on Monday to discuss Kelly’s forthcoming appearance at federal court to face new sex crime charges.

Later Monday afternoon, CBS reported that Johnson had announced his resignation. “I step down as crisis manager for personal reasons. Mr. Kelly is in good hands with Mr. Greenberg,” he said, referring to Steve Greenberg, head of Kelly’s criminal defense team in Chicago. This morning, R. Kelly’s crisis manager Darrell Johnson said he wouldn’t leave his daughter “with an accused pedophile.”

Tonight, he told CBS he’s no longer working for Kelly: “I step down as crisis manager for personal reasons. Mr. Kelly is in good hands with Mr. Greenberg!”

TheWrap Darryl Johnson took back his words from CBS..probably because he wouldn't get paid from Kelly's team camp. And he is a distraction to the whole case. He says 1000% believe Kelly. Not likely.
