KEVIN Spacey's sex assault criminal case has been dropped after his teenage accuser allegedly refused to testify in court.

Nantucket District Court Clerk's office District Attorney Michael O'Keefe said in a court filing: “The complaining witness was informed that if he chose to continue to invoke his Fifth Amendment right, the case would not be able to go forward."“This case needs to be dismissed and I believe it should be dismissed today.”The accuser, now 21, was ordered to testify about a mobile phone he used the night of the alleged assault.
