BANGKOK - A South Korean actress faces up to five years in a Thai jail for catching endangered giant clams in a reality TV stunt, an official said on Saturday , despite the show's extensive apology.

As a diver, she should know. I believe during training, all divers were not to touch any marine life or step on corals. She deserved a heavier fine.

It shows the ignorance of production team or think they are above the laws because everyone is crazy about Korean entertainment. The whole crew is responsible and not just the actress, but this does not make her less guilty. Learn a lesson to respect other country’s laws.
