Looks like the hand of a somali woman by the henna design. This commonly occurs among somali women, so much so that you see henna scared deep into the skin, like a permanent tatoo after the rash has healed.

This is henna, it's not the same ink, the ink used contain PPD and can lead to allergic reactions and burns and they can add other substances more toxic and harmful

I don't know what tattoo place they're going to but I did read one of them that said 'cleaning tattoo needles between uses'. Person has obviously never gotten a tattoo you don't reuse tattoo needles ever.
I am very allergic....and wouldn't even think about getting a tattoo.

While you can’t rub chapstick over your whole body. When I got my memorial tattoo. They sold stuff to rub On the tattoo after it healed. Now I use clear chapstick
The design will also change as you age and/or sag and wrinkle as you get older or fat and be painful to remove 🤔😳🙀

Tattoo dyes 😂😂😂. Sorry, . I just loved the name. It is actually a hair dye 'off label use'. Some people have an allergy to it even without sunlight exposure.
