my guess is that serco holds some sensitive defence contracts which is why the brother of a tory mp was 'appointed' to look after it

It's not often I agree with jeremycorbyn but this outsourcing to the private sector isn't working. Fraud and inefficiencies are rife, the outsourcer provides a poor service and the Govt /taxpayer does not get value for money. Countless examples.
