I’m kinda weirded out by a horror version of TheFlashMovie, but Andy M. did wonders with the first IT in my opinion. So to me half & half on this film. On the bright side this first IT had lots of heart which is what Barry Allen needs for this film. 🤷🏾♂️ DCEU
