San Francisco is reckoning with new reports of harassment and attacks on its homeless community, after video emerged of a person dumping a bucket of water on a homeless individual from the roof of a building.
We work in this building and condemn this. Our neighborhood is very friendly and typically without such incidents! The multiplication of homeless people in San Francisco is tragic but should be dealt with differently, with kindness and respect, by the city and the state.
What a proper foul excuse of a human being, as if homeless people don't have enough of a hard life without this specimen making it even worse. I do hope that what goes around comes around for this sad individual & they learn from it. Karma will come after every one at some point.
Maybe--since it's San Francisco--he was just trying to wash away the feces and used needles that had collected on the sidewalk. MAGA

It wasn't on purpose. He was just dumping some water and happen to hit one of the many thousands of homeless people living on the streets of SF. Every time I visit SF, I trip over a few.
Trump said she wasn't his type and he is a good good man for giving her water for free.
California has a massive homeless problem. Was there in September and I was surprised at just how bad it was.
