ILOILO CITY – Iloilo Governor Arthur “Art” Defensor Sr. marks his last few days as a public servant that spanned more than five decades.
The 77-year-old has served as Iloilo provincial governor for 18 years—from 1992 to 2001 and 2010 until 2019.
