Doris Day was a magical actress, who simply lit up the screen each time she adorned it. Go shine on Doris! OneOfheBest Actress DorisDayRIP

DorisDay was/is revered in our family. My mom and sisters after every Holiday gathering (usually during dessert) would play and sing along loudly to “Everybody Loves A Lover”, “Teachers Pet”, “A Guy Is A Guy” & of course “Que Sera, Sera. RIP Doris. This family loved/loves you.

I grew watching her old movies, she was just perfection. Then realized she had sang during the Big Band era too before her 1950s movies. Class all the way, and she loved animals so, especially dogs, and founded the Doris Day Animal League and Doris Day Animal Foundation. 🐶💖
