Accused mushroom killer Erin Patterson has been left out of her former father-in-law and alleged victim Don Patterson’s $2.6 million will, according to documents presented to the Victoria’s Supreme Court. According to a Herald Sun report on Thursday, Supreme Court documents show Don’s estate will be divided between his three sons Simon, Matthew, and Nathan Patterson, and daughter Anna Terrington, with nothing for Erin Patterson, who is Simon’s estranged wife.

Erin Patterson is accused of killing her former in-laws, Don and Gail Patterson, both 70, and Gail’s sister Heather Wilkinson, 66, by allegedly serving them a beef wellington laced with deadly mushrooms at her regional Victorian home in July last year. She has been charged with three counts of murder and five counts of attempted murder over the deaths following the lunch at her Leongatha home, and earlier alleged incidents.
