While there is an excellent chance that we will learn a ton more about the series during this month's San Diego Comic-Con 2024 and next month's D23 fan event, Deadline Hollywood isn't making us wait that long for some casting news. Reports are that Byron Bowers has joined the cast of Marvel Studios and Disney+'s Yahya Abdul-Mateen II -starring Marvel's Wonder Man – though no details were given on his character.
'It's very exciting to be a part of a company of 25 years or more, and a company that's been around for 85 years, nestled the Walt Disney Company, that's been around for 100 years, and still being able to try new things, to take characters and stories to new places. That's what's exciting to me.' He added, 'Sometimes they'll hit, sometimes they won't, but if you stop trying, it's when you atrophy, and the whole thing will fall in on itself.
