Zilker Theater's Legally Blonde The Musical kicks off with adoptable stars

is presenting "Legally Blonde The Musical," marking the 65th annual Zilker Summer Musical. Based on Amanda Brown's novel and the 2001 film, the musical features music and lyrics by Nell Benjamin and Laurence O’Keefe, with a book by Heather Hach.The story follows Elle Woods, the role made famous by Reese Witherspoon, as she tackles stereotypes and scandals to pursue her dreams.

The fun begins Friday, July 12th at 8 p.m. at the Zilker Hillside Theater. Arrive early to grab your spot, and feel free to bring a blanket and low-rise lawn chairs. ASL-interpreted performances are available on July 18 and July 26, with sensory-friendly resources every Thursday courtesy of ACES.
