A fresh theory has surfaced regarding the location of Jay Slater, which could shed light on the last known GPS location of his phone.
Pisa expressed that the mobile's GPS location was quite puzzling, suggesting "if the phone was thrown" into such a challenging area. Speaking to GB News, he said: "We're not obviously being kept up to speed, but did tell me that he thought where the ping came from was rather surprising because it was really steep to get to, and it was covered in undergrowth and cacti.
Lucy Mae Law, a close friend of Jay who accompanied him to the Canary Islands, was among the last to hear from him on the morning of his disappearance. He contacted her around 8am, informing her that he was making his way back on foot after missing the bus, mentioning he was thirsty, tired, had suffered a leg injury from a cactus, and his phone battery was nearly depleted.
