Autopsy: Police deny claim on Brekete Family, insist Erasmus not tortured to death

The Federal Capital Territory, FCT police command has refuted a claim alleging that operatives of the command tortured one Erasmus Emhenya to death in Nyanya police station.

reports that Erasmus' mother made the allegation on Tuesday when she appeared on the Brekete Family radio and television programme in Abuja. According to her, Erasmus, who died at the Nyanya police station on April 6, 2023, was arrested alongside other residents during a raid following the murder of a young lady.
