Star actress Karen Gillan who rose to fame in Doctor Who and is currently starring in Douglas Is Cancelled – now, the secrets to her body transformation have been revealed

Viewers have been glued to Stefan Moffat’s brand-new ITV drama Douglas Is Cancelled, starring Hugh Boneville and Karen Gillan.

Not only is she more adept at social media than Douglas, she's also hell-bent on advancing her career by any means necessary. Talking to the Mirror a few years ago, Karen explained that during the pandemic, she ‘couldn’t’ work out and went on to say, “I felt like a slug”. "That sort of changed my life because I'd never worked out before. I'd never eaten healthily in my life. I didn't know how to do it.
