The Money Show interviews Wayne Duvenage, CEO of the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse.

Lesufi is heading a minority government after the DA eventually walked away when it failed to resolve its deadlock with the ANC.For now, the ANC, Inkatha Freedom Party , Patriotic Alliance , and RISE Mzansi have formed a minority government, with all parties representing a combined 32 seats out of a possible 80.

On The Money Show, Wayne Duvenage adds his voice to the chorus of criticism about the expected instability of this 'provincial unity' government. It seems like Lesufi wants to hold on to the key portfolios, says the CEO of the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse . "We nearly saw the necessary agreements fall over with the national government but they eventually got there, however they haven't been able to do so in Gauteng. I think Panyaza Lesufi has been holding on to far too much of that power, and not wanting to share some of the more important portfolios."Wayne Duvenage, CEO - Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse

Duvenage says it will be the people of Gauteng who're going to suffer the brunt of what he terms a dysfunctional government.
