One town in the Berkshires is expecting an extra 20,000 visitors this week for one reason: James Taylor.Every year, Taylor performs over two nights at the outdoor music venue in Lenox and the concerts are always sold out.

She said out-of-towners come for the weekend, filling up hotels, restaurants, and the roads — and boosting local revenue by about 20%. “It's like going to see U2 in Dublin, I would think,” Nacht said. “He’s been here for so many years, and it’s so part of his own history, that when you’re there, you feel you’re with the in-crowd and all part of something really special.”
