And now, after a dramatic return to the Square with some shocking news for his family he's dying the stakes are higher than ever. Despite their reservations, it turned out Nish wasn't spinning a yarn his heart is indeed failing because of a virus, and he's been diagnosed with viral myocarditis, leaving him in urgent need of a heart transplant, reports the Daily Star.
But it turns out Vinny is actually conning Nish, with Suki's help, all to ensure he inherits the Panesar empire. Talk about family drama!
