An elderly man has been floored by a stranger as he boarded a bus in Perth. The victim received cuts and grazes during the incident, which resembled a heavy bump more commonly seen on the football field.

Elderly man floored while getting onto bus. The 72-year-old was approaching the bus door on Hutton St, Osborne Park about 12.50pm on May 12 when a man charged into him, knocking him to the ground, security vision released by police showed. The bus driver and passengers raced to help the man back to his feet. “The offender boarded the bus and after a short time left the area on foot,” WA Police said in a statement.
