Teddy Mitchell, played by 44 year old Roland Manookian, appeared in Albert Square last week – on a mission to find his dad Stevie along with his two sons, Harry and the younger Barney .
Way back in 2001, Roland appeared in the teen film Goodbye Charlie Bright, a comedy-drama about a boy called Charlie and his friends, who live on a south London council estate, as their "love, friendship and loyalties are tested" during one long, hot summer. The character of Francis was played Danny Dyer, who famously went on to portray Mick Carter in EastEnders for nine years, from 2013 until he quit in 2022. Meanwhile, Albert Square's Kim Fox actress Tameka Empsom played a woman called Kay.
