The Red Arrows are confirmed for this year's programme

The show will see The Red Arrows, Typhoon, Battle of Britain, and Tutor take to the skies across both days. While there will be lots to enjoy in the air, there’s a full programme of activities on the ground including flight simulators, static aircraft and military vehicles to explore and more to be announced.

An additional car park will accommodate the parking spaces that have been lost from closing the beach parking. There will also be better signage and increased staff numbers to manage the traffic.View gallery There will be increased staff running the entrances and the organisers have introduced queuing systems. The layouts have been changed to ensure a smooth and efficient entry, according to Air Show bosses.

Southport organisers said the Scottish Air Show took place on the same weekend and some of the flying displays were shared between the two events. This included the Red Arrows.
