The Cronulla junior player who sparked outrage with a pair of vile tattoos on his legs has had them covered up in a bid to continue his career. Joshua Taylor-Myles last month received an official warning after he was pictured in a NSWRL social media post with tattoos that read “eat s*** f****t” and “snort lines and f***”. He was told to cover them up or be banned from playing.
The tattoos caused a stir when an image of Taylor-Myles was posted on social media after he was selected in the NSWRL Luke Lewis Cup. Veteran NRL reporter Phil Rothfield said the Sharks weren’t aware of tattoos until the image circulated on social media. “Just vile,” Rothfield said at the time. “They are so offensive. It is so homophobic. “They didn’t realise.
