Casey Cares Foundation holds Dungeons & Dragons event in Cleveland, brings awareness to critically ill childrenCleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett talks to a young Brown's fan during a meet-and-greet as part of a Dungeons & Dragons event held by Casey Cares Foundation in Cleveland.CLEVELAND, Ohio – Colton Hartraft, 16, has loved playing Dungeons and Dragons for as long as he can remember. He has always dreamed of going to Cedar Point.

Colton, of West Virginia, said it’s nice to know that there are good, caring people out in the world who want to see you get better. “Just do a lot of things that are really fun for you, that you enjoy,” he said. “Don’t look at the bad stuff. Focus on the good stuff. Your mentality is the most important part. If you have a good mentality, you’ll be OK.”

ERMS, the cancer that Colton was diagnosed with, typically affects children in the first five years, but it also can pop up at an older age, according to the American Cancer Society. ACS says ERMS can occur in the head, neck, bladder, prostate and more areas. It begins with cells growing out of control and can spread to nearly every part of the body.
