The frontwoman of Gossip Beth Ditto will be filling the air with her commanding and soulful voice as the sun sets over Glastonbury 2024 on Saturday.The indie-rock band is closing the Woodsies Stage.
The US band’s breakthrough album Standing in the Way of Control was followed by 2009's Music for Men, which went platinum in several European countries, and 2012’s A Joyful Noise.Gossip disbanded in 2016 but got back together in 2019 for a short reunion tour to mark the tenth anniversary of Music for Men’s release. Following the pandemic the band reconvened to complete their first album in 12 years Real Power which was released earlier this year.
What time and stage are Gossip playing? Gossip will close the Woodies Stage on Saturday.The band will perform for over an hour and will be on stage from 10.30pm to 11.45pm. They will take to the stage after Sleaford Mods.
