Idris Elba has revealed the unique way he bonds with his wife Sabrina as part of their "selfless self-care".
Sabrina, 35, revealed they have a sink each, that's placed side by side. They then do the same skincare routine together, yet Sabrina joked Idris is much faster than her so has to catch up. She added: "I love showering together, although we have some really funny memories showering together." Speaking of their first meeting, Idris previously shared on The View: "It was love at first sight. I went out on my only day off, true story, it was a Sunday night, I went to this party and there she was. The rest is history." He decided to pop the question at the Rio Cinema in London in February 2018 just days before Valentine's Day.
Last year, Idris shared how he spent a year in therapy working on "unhealthy habits" as a "workaholic". The 51-year-old confessed he needed to improve on his work-life balance despite being "massively rewarded" for his hard work and commitment to the industry. He confessed that he once found himself working for 10 days straight on a gruelling film set and spent his downtime relaxing in his studio rather than being with his family.
