There Was a Surprise Miranda Priestly Appearance at Paris Fashion Week

this morning, where she left everyone doing a double-take to see that it wasn't Meryl Streep bringing her to life, but rather, a chillingly spot-on impersonation by transformative makeup artist Alexis Stone.editor, but not many can do what she does—except for Stone, who looked uncannily identical to the character.

"We started working on the Miranda Priestly for @balenciaga 2024 Couture transformation 3 months ago," Stone wrote. "Here’s the video from the first makeup test we did. She also cosplayed at Balenciaga's last show in October, that time as Glenn Close's Cruella de Vil.
