“I had a rack of clothing and I threw it on,” Electra, 52, told PEOPLE, of her red monochromatic ensemble featuring an off-the-shoulder top and latex pencil skirt, plus black platform heels. “I don't think I've ever worn anything like this.” Electra does, however, recognize that specific time of her life at her most memorable style era. “I get the vibe.
