The first game of the Yankees and Mets Subway series battle this season brought out many luminaries from different career fields on Tuesday night at Citi Field.
Former Mets Matt Harvey and Mike Piazza were in attendance as well as Gary Sheffield, Dwight Gooden and Darryl Strawbery, who played for both New York teams. Celebrities Kenny Smith, Guy Fieri, Mike Francesa and Bill O’Reilly also took in the game from Queens.
