Singer Kesha put her incredibly fit figure on full display in a sexy two-piece while enjoying a relaxing day at the beach in Los Cabos, Mexico over the weekend.
In addition to spending time in the water, Kesha was seen winding down by practicing some yoga on shore and lounging in an outdoor cabana. 'If I ever did , I felt very ashamed, and I would make myself throw up because I'd think,"Oh, my God, I can't believe I actually did that horrible thing. I'm so ashamed of myself because I don't deserve to eat food."'
Many of her tattoos were visible including the tiger she had inked to her right side by by Robert Ryan in 2018, the UFO on her left forearm, palm tree on her upper right arm and humpback whale on her forearm 'They would just be like,"Oh my gosh, keep doing whatever you're doing! You look so beautiful, so stunning,"' she told the publication
'The sick irony was that when I was at some of the lowest points in my life, I kept hearing how much better I looked,' she said. 'I knew I was destroying my body with my eating disorder, but the message I was getting was that I was doing great.' She faced plenty of that body-shaming. Kesha said that the comments she would read online would make her feel unlovable, and only made her eating disorder worse.Kesha admitted that '10 years ago' nobody could have convinced her that she would've found 'freedom from that obsession'
'I felt like part of my job was to be as skinny as possible and, to make that happen, I had been abusing my body,' she explained to her fans at the time. 'I just wasn't giving it the energy it needed to keep me healthy and strong.' 'You will become severely bulimic and anorexic and the worse your disease gets, the more praise you will get from some people in your industry,' the star bravely admitted. 'And this will really, really mess with your head. But when you're trying to live up to an unrealistic expectation, it's never going to be good enough. No matter what you do.'
But the bullying she faced when she was younger, she noted, was nothing compared to what kids face today — and what she faced as an adult
