Malaysian preacher, Ustazah Asma’ Harun commented on a recent TikTok trend via her Facebook post and urged women to stay away from it.In case you’re not aware, 1 of the latest TikTok trends sees a Malaysian woman placing her face close to her mobile phone screen and talking in a soft-spoken manner with a soothing voice that tells you, “Come closer, we’ll talk”.
Ustazah Asma’ also said that she has read the comments online and said some parties have, unfortunately, sexualised the matter. “It’s already forbidden to speak affectionately to men who are not your family members, and now you’re speaking to everyone in a tempting manner with your face covering the whole screen.”
She also highlighted how the tempting act will arouse men with ill intentions, and the proper way to speak to men who aren’t your family is to speak good words politely.
