Everton have reportedly made an enquiry over out-of-favour Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips.
Phillips endured a nightmare period at City after managing just 10 appearances for Pep Guardiola's side in the first half of the campaign. After failing to take his chance during three games when Rodri was suspended, the City boss admitted that he struggled to see Phillips in his City team.
According to the Daily Mail, Sean Dyche is focussed on rebuilding their midfield with Andre Gomes leaving Merseyside this summer, while Dele Alli's future is still unclear. With that said, a number of enquiries have been made to clubs and Phillips is said to have been one of them. He was a key figure for Portsmouth's midfield until a hamstring injury cut his campaign short. Although the club would like to bring him back for a second successive stint, Australian news outlet FTBL claim Robertson is also wanted by Everton and several unnamed clubs from the Championship and the Premier League.
