The That '70s Show spinoff series returned to the Forman basement, this time with a brand new set of teenagers in a fresh new decade.

Though kind and lovable, Nate is sort of the dumb one of That '90s Show's friend group. In this way, he's comparable to That '70s Show's Michael Kelso, which means his personality contrasts significantly with the brainy Nikki. This leads to trouble in their relationship as Nikki begins her college prep with tutoring from an attractive, intelligent young man who makes Nate extremely jealous.
