Justin Timberlake Due in Court for Hamptons DWI Arrest the Same Day as European Tour Date

Timberlake was charged with one count of DWI and two citations — one for running a stop sign and one for failure to keep in lane. A day later, attorney Edward Burke Jr. released a statement obtained by PEOPLE, saying, "Mr. Burke looks forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time. He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA’s office."
