A Centre County man charged in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol in Washington has waived his right to a jury trial and will beTerry Allen, 65, of Spring Mills, is charged with two counts of assaulting police officers with a deadly or dangerous weapon and one count of obstructing, impeding, and interfering with law enforcement officers during a civil disorder.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Kathryn E.
