During a campaign stop in Racine, Wisconsin, the former president predicted Biden will do the same for their debate next week and directly accused the incumbent of being the one who left a baggie of cocaine at the White House last summer. (The Secret Service concluded it“He’s gonna be so pumped up, he’s gonna be pumped up,” Trump told the crowd.

“I can’t even believe I have to fact-check that one, I guess if that’s what you’re calling it,” Collins said. “But it was not President Biden.” Trump, who previously said Biden was “higher than a kite” during his State of the Union address in March, has cynically renewed calls for a debate drug test as the showdown nears.
