Surveillance photographs show the moments before singer and actor Justin Timberlake was arrested for driving under the influence in Long Island, New York. The footage obtained by hamptons.com and shared by People shows the 43-year-old driving slowly on a deserted street not long before he was arrested in the early hours of June 18.

Police are understood to have stopped Timberlake after an officer saw his 2025 BMW drive through a stop sign and “fail to keep on the right side of the roadway”. The officer said Timberlake’s eyes were “bloodshot and glassy” and that a “strong odour of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath,” according to the court complaint cited by NBC.
