The jury deliberating over whether Greg Lynn is guilty of the double murder of Victorian campers has asked the judge a question. On Tuesday, the 12 jurors sent Justice Michael Croucher a note to ask if they could have the recorded testimonies from Greg Lynn and ballistics expert Paul Griffiths. Croucher confirmed the jury’s request was granted and they could have access to the recordings, which go for just under five hours in total.

If one juror disagrees, they will not be able to reach a verdict and a fresh trial could be ordered. The jury will only consider the two murder charges against Lynn as the alternative offences of manslaughter were thrown out. The former Jetstar pilot has been on trial in the Supreme Court in Melbourne since May 14 after pleading not guilty to two counts of murder.
