Approximately 30,000 people packed LeBreton Flats to see Shania Twain on the opening night of RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2023. Organizers announced the American singer, rapper and songwriter will perform on the extra night being added to the lineup on July 9.This will be Jelly Roll's first trip to Canada.
