The real reason TOWIE star Joey Essex split from Love Island ex Grace Jackson has been revealed on the ITV dating show as the pair vow to make it work on the outside

The real reason TOWIE star Joey Essex split from ex Grace Jackson has been revealed on Love Island. Joey and his former summer fling Grace were reunited when she entered the villa as a bombshell. The 33 year old shocked the cast when he revealed that he and the 25 year old model had briefly dated.

But Grace has shared on the show that she would be willing to relocate to London. The pair vowed to make it work on the outside as Joey declared he was 'done' with devastated Samantha. Joey posted pictures dressed up as The Joker while Grace dressed as the character's lover Harley Quinn. Both appeared to pose for the snaps in the same car park, suggesting they may have been together. The pair have experienced an undeniable chemistry since being reunited in the villa, enjoying a passionate kiss during a loved-up sleepover, despite Joey still being coupled up make-up artist Samantha, 26.
