Fresh off the back of multiple sellout arena shows including Liverpool’s M&S Arena, homegrown talent Paul Smith will perform a one-of-a-kind open-air comedy show for 12,000 fans on Thursday, June 20.
Kicking things off on Friday, June 21, is the rock band Ocean Colour Scene. DJ and producer Ben Helsmley will bring his electronic stylings on Saturday, June 22, while legendary multi-platinum-selling Deacon Blue will close the festival on Sunday, June 23.READ MORE: I stayed in the real-life City of Dreams where guests are treated like royalty
The festival is held on Liverpool's scenic Pier Head with the weather this year appearing great for festivalgoers. Looking forward to the week, the Met Office said the weather will be dry and even a little hot. From Wednesday to Sunday, the Met Office said: "Largely dry for the remainder of the week, though cloudier at times.
