Kym Marsh thanks family for 'loving her' amid support for difficult 'first'

Kym Marsh shared an emotional thank you to her family for 'loving her' like they do as they pulled off a little surprise on what was a difficult weekend for the star. The actress and presenter recently turned 48 but was away from home on the day itself.

Captioning the post, Kym said: "Back on set @waterlooroad today!!!"

The birthday girl herself could also be seen getting into character as she sported a Cruella De Vil top before adding a fur shawl across her shoulder and posing with a cigarette holder. "Well!!! I am the luckiest mummy, daughter, YaYa, friend there is!" Kym said alongside the video.
