The legendary singer’s two daughters – Antonia Bennett and Johanna Bennett – are reportedly suing their brother – D’Andrea “Danny” Bennett – claiming that he mishandled and failed to disclose some of their father’s assets and transactions in his role as trustee of the “Family Trust.
The singer’s two daughters state that their father’s earnings from live performances alone during the 15 years of his career before he died “exceeded $100,000,000,” but said they were told Bennett’s gross estate was valued at less than $7,000,000. The filing also claims that Danny Bennett and his legal team have “failed and refused to provide information sufficient” for Antonia Bennett and Johanna Bennett to understand the property and assets in which they have rights as beneficiaries.
